Tom Showalter is Managing Director of Image Services at JPMorgan Chase. In his current role, Tom manages the Global Image Services group for JPMorgan Chase & Co. including archives, document capture and content management for checks, statements, scanned documents and line data in both the US and global markets.

With over 30 years in Financial Services, Tom’s accomplishments include managing the build of the check and statement archives, establishing Image Services as a global enterprise function, and consolidating over 60 disparate archives and
content management repositories throughout the organization. Capture, content management and workflow applications have been added to the Image Services portfolio over the past several years, providing an integrated solution for JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s lines of business. Tom’s prior experience was largely in bank operations where he managed check and day 2 operations.

Tom holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Ohio where he majored in Management Information Systems and Finance, and he has a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
